Location, quietness

WiFi was on and off. Check in email needs to send one day before so customs can get it before start journey. A service phone number for emergency Provide a service phone number forigners who don’t have internet services

The location was amazing, it was in the centre of Hongdae, easy 5 minute walk to the metro and access directly to the Airport subway. A lot of amazing places to visit in the area, to shop and to eat.

Next time I will choose a bigger room, as the room that I chose on this trip is quite small. There is no space for me to open my suitcase properly and it's pretty cramped inside. I think it would be good if they change the bed into a smaller one and create more space for things instead of really big bed and cramped area. Also, providing a mug would be great.

"Wanted to stay more!"

I wanted to stay more, really nice apartment. The bed was to nice. Location was perfect, 10min walk to the nearest metro and buses. It was close to really cool stores, lots of restaurants. Neighbourhood was so lively during the afternoons, good stay to enjoy Hongdae. Having my luggage storage in the property was super useful as I arrived early and then my return flight was during the night.

"Fine, but pray there are no issues or you're in trouble"

Great location

Check out at 11am, no way of contacting management in event of issues, stupid small towels - what is with this!!!??? Get some normal sized towels. No bidet? Yuck!

Good location at a reasonable price.. Room is comfortable. And clean.. Check in was a breeze with the provided instructions.

There's no floor space to open your luggage. Only small face/hand towels provided. No full sized bath towels.

good location

The wifi connection was really bad I couldn't even connect. The water from the showerhead was weak, and it kept alternating between hot and cold.
