Planinarski dom Skrad

Het was heerlijk achteraf in de bergen. Niks om.je heen naast bergen natuur en een onwijs leuke hond die je komt begroeten bij aankomst. Naast dat waren de faciliteiten erg fijn. Nette douches en wc's. Een klein keukentje waar wij zelf dan geen gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Het uitzicht was heerlijk vanaf het balkon en toen wij er waren was het lekker rustig. Ik zal hier met veel plezier weer komen. En niet te vergeten waren de eigenaren erg prettig en laagdrempelig

Niks, nada, nopes erg fijne plek

Good location for exploring Gorski Kotar region. Great sunsets. A lot of cats welcoming tourists.

Loud party on Saturday evening (I was invited to join, but didn't attend).

i love the terrace. i sat there for hours watching the clouds. it is such a beautiful scenery. you have the hills in the back the forest close to you and then the play out of the clouds… the owner was very nice and helpful. she showed me around and explained what there is around and how to manage to explore the surroundings.

Friendly host, respects privacy, welcomed my dog with no issues. Amazing view during morning coffee and sunset with calming sounds of nearby creek and birds in the forest. Everything was clean, I had everything I needed for a 4 day hiking trip: clean shower, stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and quiet.

Spacious hostel located in an old farmhouse. Located in the midst of nature. Very comfortable and has everything you need. I travelled there pre-season and was alone that rainy day. In Summer with many people there is surely a great atmosphere there.

The only heating is an old oven and a small radiator in the sleeping room. So it was quite cold at night. But due to that you get some extra blankets. The beds were not super comfortable, but alright. If you arrive by car, you will have no problem getting there, but there is no way or path for pedestrians from the train station, so you need to walk on a country road, which is not without danger.
