The location can't be beat. Close to river, restaurants, waterfall and swimming. Seemed clean. Host was very nice. Other reviews mentioned her lack of English but she explained the basics to us in English and I used Translate to ask any questions.

Had a Grandma's house/hostel vibe. Shared bathroom and kitchen ended up being fine. Bed was not comfy and pillows were VERY flat. Spare bed was also weird and not comfortable. We made it work as a party of three but we are still relatively young. Room gets hot because the air conditioning is in the hallway and not on. Not that I'm sure it would've helped anything.
