- Close to the skiing slope - Friendly and helpful hosts - Had all the essentials in the kitchen and bathroom

- Thin walls and poor sound isolation -- was difficult to rest with a family with 2 kids in the room next to us - No working Wi-Fi on the last floor where our room was. One of the two wifi networks had signal, but the host could not provide us with the password - Shaky furniture and uncomfortable beds - Small parking space, had to move the car for other guests to leave the premises - The drinking water dispenser was turned off because other guests wanted room-temperature water...???

Immediately after I booked and paid for the hotel, I received a message from the owner that the hotel was closed. There was no Internet on the way to the hotel and I received the message only when I connected to the hotel’s Wi-Fi. The hotel staff helped me to book a room in another hotel nearby, and Booking returned 100% of the payment a few days later. Booking also compensated the difference because the second hotel booked turned out to be a little bit more expensive.

It was unpleasant to arrive at a pre-booked hotel and find that you were not welcome.

The location is very nice, the building in construction next to it wasn't so nice but I understand why it is there. The rooms were clean, and looked like in the photos.

There was something seriously wrong with the water source. My prime suspect is sulfur in the water. I understand that it can be classified as "thermal water" but honestly I just wanted a normal shower without the smell of eggs and without feeling like the water contains soap that you cannot rinse off (since it's inside the water).
