if your just after a very cheap bamboo hut, a fan, mozy net, and mattress on the floor.. this place is for you £110 for a week!

The location.

I stayed in the bungalow. The mattress is so uncomfortable that you can feel the wires, the mosquito net on the bed is not centered, so if there are two people, one of them will have the net fall near their face when sleeping. The door is closed with a padlock from the outside and from the inside with a stick, there is no lock. At night you could hear many cars playing music, cats fighting and in the early morning babies crying, we couldn't sleep well. From the bungalow you can hear the entire bathroom, which is separate and shared. The window does not have a mosquito net so you cannot open it, and the entire construction has open spaces and poor finishes through which mosquitoes enter all the time. I also do not recommend using the local taxi services, they wanted to charge us almost double what we paid another taxi. 10 minutes before check out they rush you to leave.

Recommend. Good value for money. Reasonably clean. Two good strong fans (we didn't pay extra for AC) Comfortable, very big bed. We got the toaster after request. Water kettle, fridge available. Practical furniture, eating area with table and chairs. Several soap holders, towel holder in bathroom Bins in bathroom, bedroom and on patio. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Scooter offered for 200 or 250 THB. Laundry service available. Friendly staff. She gave us her number and said to ask if we need anything.

Bathroom floor felt rough, as if there was some sand or dirt when we arrived. An old soap bar was left on the soap holder. Bathroom drain got clogged, the water took long to drain.

We stayed in the fan room and the aircon room and they were both great. Well situated but in a quiet area, very clean, the owner is nice and available. High value for money. Perfect stay, highly recommend!
