The room is beautiful with paintings and spacious. The staff is willing to help, like for booking train tickets and taxi. They accept card payment too.

People in staff tried to be nice, they smiled a lot . The position was 900 mt from the metro, so not bad. Breakfast was good . Bathroom clean-ish

Although they smiled a lot all they kept saying was "ask Google" at any request of information. That's not a fault, because they maybe didn't know English good enough.. I am sorry to say this but the guys working there, have really no clue what they are doing. My room had no working key for the first day, they didn't bother to register me, which apparently is a huge deal in Uzbekistan, and they should know. In the following town I had it not easy. I was treated like a smuggler.. Stay clear until they finish the crash course on hotellerie.

Big room, a variety of foods for breakfast that we ate everything. There is a washing machine that was helpful. Very communicative - Forgot our registration and when messaging them on booking.com messenger they were quick to respond. They also WhatsApp-Ed before we arrived.

A bit out of the way. The bed was a bit hard and blanket thin. But otherwise OK!

Great location with loads of things nearby and walking distance to the metro station. We were surprised by the size of the room. The fact you get breakfast was great, would definitely stay again.

The AC was a bit temperamental
