Дуже класний дизайн! Красиві різьблені двері, тераса, шовковиця що росте у дворі. Персонал привітний.

The guesthouse offers quiet rooms around a courtyard in an interesting (collection of?) building(s). In the courtyard, which is somewhat untidy, there are topchans that offer a good place to eat, drink and relax. A first for us in Uzbekistan was that the lighting in room was actually pleasant and not like in most other places where one needs welding glasses to prevent permanent damage to the eyes. As other reviewers have already said, the breakfast is an otherworldly experience (though with an emphasis on sweet stuffs). Staff is kind and helpful and gave us good restaurants tips!

The beds were reasonably soft (unlike the very firm mattresses in other Uzbek hotels) but felt curved from old age. Also the bathroom could use some renovating, such as replacing the extraction fan.

The location of the Guest House is fabulous , 5 minutes walk from Registan Square

The property needs serious renovation - in our room the bathroom shower didn’t drain properly , the shower bracket on the wall was broken so you had to hold the shower in your hand to shower , the extractor fan was broken so the bathroom became very very hot and wet and finally ( !) the bedroom air con unit draining pipe drained onto the floor of the bathroom so it was always very wet - all very poor! In the bedroom , 2 sockets didn’t work , the fridge wiring was all exposed and dangerous and overall everything was very very tired. It needs a complete refit The breakfast was also very poor - the breakfast room was very very hot and there was rotten fruit and salad on the tables that seemed to have been there for hours before - the quality of the other food was also poor - a lot was inedible. The guest house has a fabulous central courtyard which could be wonderful but it was full of junk , broken wood and other rubbish which ruined it It also has a fab roof terrace and bar / dining area but this was abandoned / unusable The guest house washing machine was broken so we washed our clothes by hand The owner / manager seemed overwhelmed and wasn’t very friendly. He shouted a lot at the other staff who seemed sad It could be so nice but right now it just isn’t

Wi-Fiはちゃんと繋がりましたし、朝早く出発で朝食時間に間に合わないことを伝えたら、朝食ボックスを用意してくれたのは助かりました。

シャワーのお湯が出なかったのでフロントに伝えたところ、「15分待てば出る」と言われましたが、待っても出ませんでした。再度確認すると、今度は「今日はもう出ないので、明日の朝まで待ってほしい」と言われました。 朝までシャワーを待つといのはさすがに無理なので、お湯が出る部屋に変更できないかお願いしたところ、最初は「空いていない」と言われましたが、しつこく粘ると変更してもらえました。 結果的に、最初にお湯が出ないと伝えてから解決するまで2〜3時間ほどかかりました。 お湯が出ない時の対応はあまり良くありませんでした。 また朝ごはんが甘いものだらけで、日本人にはしんどかったです

- самая большая благодарность - разрешили приехать с пуделем, очень хорошо отнеслись к собаке!! - идеальное расположение возле парка и пл. Регистан - уютный внутренний дворик с деревом и балкончиками - очень тихо!! - аутентичная атмосфера в номере и в столовой - гостеприимный хозяин, оперативно реагировал на все запросы - наличие шампуня в душе - удобные кровати - вкусная каша на завтрак

- постельное бельё уже надо бы заменить, оно довольно ветхое - ощущение пыльности в номере, может, нужно вытрясти одеяла, протереть пыль и тд - на завтрак очень много сладкого, хотелось бы несладкого: хлеба, сыра, овощей и тд

8時位と朝早いけれど宿に荷物を預かって貰って観光しようと行って待っていたが、ちょっと待ってと言われて部屋に午前中から入って休む事が出来た。 出発日は7時に宿を出なければ行けなくて朝食を食べられなかったが、お弁当を持たせてくれた。 オーナーはいつもニコニコしていて気をつかってくれて良かった。 庭の真ん中に有るシンボルツリーの大きな桑の木の形が好き、癒される！

全体的に施設の古さは否めないが、それがここの味だと思うかどうか…

La colazione è fantastica e sempre diversa. Accoglienza super, molto attenti ai tuoi bisogni, ci si sente a casa.

Purtroppo il bagno emanava un cattivo odore ma nulla di insopportabile. Forse farei più attenzione alla a pulizia di asciugamani e biancheria. Erano puliti ma con qualche macchia.

Der Aufenthalt im Furkhat House in Samarkand hat mir sehr gut gefallen 😊 Gemütliche Atmosphäre, saubere Zimmer und unglaublich gastfreundliche Gastgeber 🙌 Man spürt dort den echten samarkandischen Charme ✨ Die Lage ist perfekt, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar 🕌 Besonders gefallen haben mir der schöne Innenhof 🌿 und die familiäre Atmosphäre ☀️ Das Frühstück war ebenfalls hervorragend 😋 Mit vielen traditionellen usbekischen Spezialitäten und echtem lokalen Flair 🫓🍇☕ Man bekommt dadurch einen wunderbaren Eindruck von der usbekischen Kultur und Gastfreundschaft ❤️ Ein tolles Hotel zum Entspannen und um Samarkand richtig zu erleben 😊 Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten 👍
