La ubicacion en uno de los mejores barrios de San Juan. Estaba muy bien equipado.Habìa de todo para pasa una estancia excepcional.

This was great place for a short stay. I is very walkable to lots of places. I would stay here again.

The lighting over the bathroom sink could be better.Not much light to put on makeup.

the location is excellent and it was exactly what I needed! clean and nice and staff is wonderful.

Room was clean and had everything we needed

Other guests had no consideration for anyone else. Guarantee there was a party in the room across the hall. They came in at 3am and the noise did not stop for over an hour. We did not get any sleep. I think they were playing basketball in the hallway. I will not be booking this rental again.

A great location, 10min walk to the beach, and 10min walk in any direction to get to shops and restaurants, 15 min drive to get to Old San Juan. Very clean and spacious unit. There was an alarm going off in the building (faintly heard from our unit), but owner was very responsive when I messaged them and fixed it promptly.

If you are a light/sensitive sleeper, this may not be for you. Roosters are in the area and are very active in early morning. We were on the bottom floor, and door to the unit was right in front of the main door to the building which is very loud as other people come and go.

Location is very good and economical

Clean, with most basic needs and amenities present . Location is good , as described in the listing. Would definitely recommend .

I wish we had an elevator to the 4th floor. And an iron board would have been a great addition.
