Very centrally located. Easy to get around l. Owners were very helpful and accommodating.

Super dirty. Not sure if the towel or bedding were washed and changed between bookings. We were given 2 towels for a family of 5 and when asked for more towels we were told that only 2 were given per room regardless of how many was in the room. Hot water was a hit or miss

liked the guest house. Located near the market and in the center. There were three of us with a child, there were three huge beds in the room, and air conditioning, and a fan, and hot water. Also shower accessories and toothbrushes. Very friendly and polite lady at the front desk. I tried to help in everything and even helped to call a taxi.

There were no mugs or kettle for hot water in the room. The reception does not speak English.

No facilities in the room, a very small table and just a few hooks on the wall. Worst of all was being pestered by cockroaches crawling over me in the night. Slept with the lights on to scare the cockroaches away. Quite expensive for poor quality, there must be far better places to stay in Ha Tien

Good value for money and friendly staff.

Facilities are a bit run down but you get what you pay for.
