Amru Guesthouse B&B

The room was spacious with a small desk perfect for working. It was air conditioned, extremely neat and tidy. It is close to a small shopping center with a restaurant serving great steaks and burgers. Ruth, the owner, arranged a delicious basket of fresh fruit for breakfast and ensured I had plenty of juice and good coffee throughout my two-day stay. I’m sure a hot meal would have been offered if I needed it. I’ll definitely be back!

Everything was more than satisfactory. Brackenfell is centrally located and daytrips to Stellenbosch, Paarl, Cape Town, Francshhoek, Somerset West, Strand are all easily accessed. Ruth was a very accommodating host. Will stay over again.

Ruth is an incredible host. I would go back simply because of how hospitable she is. She even offered to move us to a bigger room after our first night when another traveller didn't check in.

The bathrooms in the rooms are a little small and can be a tight squeeze. But the showers are big enough, so it's not too bad.

The rooms were very neat and clean. It was functional with everything needed. It is situated centrally in Brackenfell. The owner was very friendly.
