Muito ruido pela noite. Mau cheiro. Chão mal limpo, principalmente debaixo das camas. Várias tentativas de abrir a nossa porta do quarto enquanto dormíamos.

Localização excelente, parada de transporte público em frente ao prédio.

Por ser em local de grande movimentação, é preciso rodar muito para achar um lugar para estacionar, casa de banho compartilhada, embora com aparência limpa, mas como estava com criança fica um pouco desconfortável dividir.
