Das großzügig geschnittene, mit vielen großen Fenstern, die alle mit Fensterläden versehen sind, Apartment. Dadurch war es angenehm kühl und luftig. Die Lage ist exzellent in der Nähe zur Universität, zum Botanischen Garten (freier Eintritt) und zur Altstadt. Es gibt viele fußläufig zu erreichende Restaurants. Der Kühlschrank ist mit allem gefüllt, was man zum Frühstück braucht (Wurst, Käse, Konfitüre, Milch und Saft). Tee und Kaffe kann man sich selber kochen. Brötchen hängen morgens an der Wohnungstür.. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend, auf alle Anfragen wurde sehr schnell und informativ reagiert. Die Wohnung erreicht man mit einer entsprechenden Codezahl, die einem kurz vorher auf dem Handy mitgeteilt wird.

Wenn überhaupt, dann die Tatsache, dass man je nach Lage des Apartments den Koffer die Treppen rauufschleppen muss.

Le petit lit pas très confortable

Historic building with high ceilings round the corner from Botanic garden. Very nice welcoming and handy breakfast with fresh bread each day. Quiet aircon if it gets too loud from the street. Perfect stay!

really friendly Host，he already sent us all information regarding check in and attractions in advance. all questions were answered within short time. breakfast has exceeded our expection. we will choose this flat for sure by our next trip to Cimbra.

le logement est vraiment très propre , le grand lit confortable , la douche est agréable., et les attentions du propriétaire à notre arrivée : boissons fraîches , confiture , beurre , lait , oeufs dans le frigo , et des dosettes de café , de tisanes , des pommes , le pain frais tous les matins. La correspondance par mails a été nombreuse facile et efficace . On a apprécié de recevoir les codes d'entrée la veille de notre arrivée Tout était bien organisé . Merci Eduardo.

On a eu beaucoup de mal à garer notre voiture en raison des travaux dans les rues proches du logement , et de la fête étudiante "Queima das Fitas" , mais le propriétaire n'y est pour rien. On regrette aussi que la kitchenette soit si petite et un évier vraiment très très petit .

Das Appartment, welches wir gemietet hatten, liegt in einem schönen alten und sehr gepflegtem Haus. Der erste Eindruck war gleich sehr positiv. Das Appartment selbst war sehr geräumig, sehr schön renoviert bzw. modernisiert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war nach hinten gelegen und auch sehr ruhig trotz zentraler Lage.

Great location, well appointed, excellent breakfast supplies including fresh bread every morning, very quiet with windows closed, very comfortable bed. Communication by host excellent.

Low ceilings in our penthouse apartment caused a few bumps to the head, no lift so carrying suitcases to the second floor was a challenge, shower head kept pointing to the wall.

It is in a great location, it’s clean, and the continental breakfast is a great touch.

I don’t really have anything bad to say about this property.
