I always enjoy my staff when in cape at this accommodation, its clean and fresh and the staff are pleasant and accommodating.

Clean and tidy

The staff here were extremely accommodating and check in/out was very flexible. The pool and room were clean and the property is in a nice quiet spot. Would definitely recommend

The staff were excellent, and dealing with them was a breeze. The bedding and towels were swapped daily which kept things clean, unfortunately that's where the positive aspects end... There was no place to hang the towels in the bathrooms and the place that is provided is close to the floor next to the toilet, not enough space for 2 towels. The pillows were terribly hard. We woke up with a headache 2 days in a row and just opted to buy our own pillows. There were no soft pillows available on premises... Our bathroom plumbing was a real issue as we ran out of hot water more than once and we don't take hot showers. The shower also didn't drain properly which led to a flooded floor, more than once and a moldy smell in the bathroom. The fittings were also all loose or skew... The parking was a real issue, the space is not well suited to the quantity of guests. The fit and finish of the room also left something to be desired as the cheap pasted on headboards were skew and off putting. The bedside lamps were not working but were put out as some accessory without any use. The cupboards didn't line up and the corners were extremely sharp, leaving one of us with a bloody big toe... Overall I would say that this wasn't a terrible stay as a result of the kind and helpful staff but there's definitely much better options available at this price point.
