No Iron in the room yet they don't answer their calls before 8am, as well as the the R200 fee that you must come back to collect. At least if their reception opened at 7am and the whole key issue sorted so as to not inconvenience others

It was neat and quiet and comfortable

The reception was quite disappointing because when we arrived there was no one to attend to us, we had to walk around looking for someone to assist us
