Not much

There was a fridge in the room and a shared microwave and kettle in the lounge. When we went to use the kettle, it has been taken by another guest and so we couldn't make coffee. Very loud and at 12pm, we had people shouting outside our bedroom door. TV didn't work

Nothing.

I would like to get my full refund since on the website, it said they have space available, but after paying, they called and said they do not have space and I should cancel the reservation. So I am not the on whose at fault here, and they should be held accountable for their mistakes.
