Friendly staff, room was nice.

Pool is much smaller than in picture. You do not have the freedom to go in and out of the gate on your own, the friendly reception lady needs to open. We showed up 30 minutes earlier and they let us check in, which was nice of them. However, the only clean part was the room at that point in time. Everywhere else was still dirty from the previous stays. Rooms are a bit cold this time of year but cosy

There's nothing I liked either than the receptionist who attended me with such care and respect

What i didnt like was the fact that when I arrived on my day of booking, they told me that my rooms were taken by someone else and they had to look for another place with available rooms after hours of traveling. This was a bit frustrating because I already payed 50% unrefundable deposit. Their excuse for allowing someone to occupy my rooms was unreasonable honestly, this was a really bad experience

I like the pool and grass that’s all .

Not enough air and ventilation and privacy for couples because everyone can hear Inside of your room and what’s happening . Tv doesn’t work properly .

Hot water took long in shower
