There was absolutely nothing to like about the property.

The pool was not usable, they said they are in the process of fixing the pool then they brought some random guys to come fix the pool and they expected us to swim in that filthy greenish pool. I’m still disgusted by the experience There was no microwave to warm our food!! The room had the most horrible smell, they had a smell of poo and pee. In one of the rooms that we booked the toilet wasn’t even flushed, it literally had yellow water Room wasn’t even clean… The whole place looked so dirty n abandoned

The property is clean and neat. The bathrooms and beds are nice. Enjoyed the swimming pool and the surrounding chair setup.

There was no aircon or even a fan. The rooms are hot. Room two is very small and moving around was a bit of a challenge. There was no kettle in the room, we had to ask for it. There was also no iron. there was a ironing board only.

The staff was very nice and professional on arrival and during our stay. The facilities were very clean and fresh. My son loved it and the location was very key bc we had supper at the Spargs complex. Will be booking again.

The weather was a let down bc my sob and I had already prepared for a swim in the pool.

The staff were very friendly and the room service was great as we did not expect it. I would highly recommend the guest house. We enjoyed our stay and wish we could stay for longer.

I didn't like that my Door curtain rails couldn't be properly closed
