The room was lovely. It's a house in a room,it has everything in one. They serve very nice food in the morning for breakfast -cereal -English breakfast and -fruit salad

The heater(air-condition) wasn't working, only blows cold air. The TV literally had the channels that we watch emakhaya,no showmax or Netflix ( I had to use my phone) The blinds at the door are in a very bad condition,not much privacy and safety.

Very clean, secure, friendly & accommodating staff. They contacted us before leaving for the night to enquire if we needed anything.

Not very well appointed. We were in a unit off the main house. Has a microwave with tea, coffee & kettle & basin but no cloth/dishcloth. No dustbin in bedroom or kitchen area only in bathroom. Shower is not draining - not sure if owner is aware? Soap holder in shower broken so wet soap slips to floor. Despite booking for 2 people, we received only 1set of towels on arrival. Another set was provided once we asked.

It was clean. Staff were friendly. Soap etc was refilled daily

Breakfast only started from 07h30. As a business traveler this is much too late. There was no choice/change in breakfast menu. There was no toast. There was no milk for tea in room or at breakfast. Both bedside lights did not work. There was no wifi. No assistance for ordering takeaway
