"Place has great potential with beautiful aesthetics but is poorly maintained."

Location. The guesthouse has great potential.

Old squeaky-hard bed, broken door frame (by the locking mechanism) Loose toilet seat. Aircorn not working. Tv with no sound (a pre inspection would have resolved this)
