It is near all the places we wanted to go to,graskop lift company,three roundervols

The rooms are tidy,linen where not clean the where hairpiece on it,showers are a disaster,no iron,and if I may ask why dont put water for drinking the in the rooms?

I loved everything about the location, all the activities are closer to each other

The weather

Staff was friendly and gave recommendations for dining spots

Sheets were dirty with hairs on them. Sheets and pillow smelled like they have been used for a week. Could smell sweat of previous guests. Shower water was either ice cold or boiling hot with no pressure had to stand right against the wall to get under the water.

Nothing about the property

The treatment Martie gave us was so unpleasant Personally I was not happy about her attitude I called her couple of times during our stay for her assistance with something,I understood it was early in the morning but she never returned my calls during the day to find out what I needed as her guests, nor my Watsaap messages No emergency contacts, poor hospitality and rooms cleaning is not compulsory , dirty swimming pool,the pool was green
