Vila Lipa

The staff were extremely kind and eager to help. They accommodated my last-minute breakfast request and allowed us to settle the tourist tax and pet fee outside of business hours, so we did not have to return to the accommodation during the day. The breakfast basket was lovely, and I especially appreciated the local delicacies. The strawberry jam was the best I have ever had.

The shower was a bit uncomfortable to use due to the lack of surfaces to place my stuff while showering, which I think is even more inconvenient in the case of shared bathrooms. The flooring and stairs are also very creaky. We arrived late with two dogs, and I felt so ashamed about potentially waking the whole house while going up and down the stairs trying to settle in. The stairs were also quite steep, and our room was on the top floor, so we had to carry the dogs upstairs.

Big room. Location a little away from the lake, but not a problem. Parking was very good. Excellent wifi connection. Nice ktichen for making small meals and tea / coffee.

Shower / toilet room was a bit small and not really suitable for more than one person at a time.

Warm welcome on arrival, with lots of tips given about where to go to make the most of our stay (thank you!). Lovely location up the hill a little from the main town and about 10mins from the bus stop (important if you're getting the train to Lesce Bled!). Our room was huge with a balcony overlooking the castle - lovely to sit out and have our dinner there and to look out over it from the bed at night! Shared bathroom was clean and well stocked with required items, and kitchen downstairs the same. Lovely dining area there too. Felt safe and secure throughout out stay. Couple of tips if you've not been to Bled before: You can grab a pletna boat from various places around the edge of the lake, no need to book just wander around until you're ready to make the trip - you might have to wait a few minutes until they have enough passengers to make the trip, but probably not long. With relatively good fitness you can do the pletna boat trip to the island plus take the path around the lake including up to all 3 viewpoint plus the castle in a day, with plenty of time stopping for lunch and at each viewpoint. The paths up to the viewpoints are well marked, though you can explore off a bit. Plenty of spots to catch the sunset over the lake, but if you want to do so from a restaurant then get there early as clearly all the best seats are taken quite quickly!

Nothing. Bled, including Vila Lipa, was a little taste of heaven during our epic Interrail trip through Europe and we'd definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Bled.

Hermosa propiedad, la ubicación excelente, a 10min caminando del lago bled. La habitación con vista a la montaña y castillo. Los espacios comunes impecables. Cuenta con estacionamiento. Podes dejar el equipaje previo al check in Recomiendo alojarse acá si visitan bled!
