Everything from the reception and the receptionist was drunk not even a professional telling me they are fully booked but l already made reservation. They was no toiletries , bathing soap the TV was kept even working and the ceiling had sound coming from it. I don't know if it was rats or something. The lady even tried opening the door when we were sleeping. I had a terrible experience when l was on this place
