Extremely unprofessional they didn't seem prepared or organized at all, it doesn't seem they were knowing what they were doing, there was no service except money transaction and what puzzle me is the gate is positioned at a busy driveway that is extremely risky and they don't seem to be in this business, my opinion and also no privacy their guests are loud in all they do, no room service and definitely not what I saw online

"Rats in the ceiling"

The rats in the ceiling all night couldn't sleep and they were big you could tell from their steps and they were many

The stuff cindiciwe was exceptional I could overlook so many things because she was so good to me from day 1 till I check out.

I think also the kitchen, so much have been said already in the reviews
