Breakfast was on time and, the location was perfect

Only the location close to a wedding we were attending.

The property did not give me the 80m2 room I booked but rather a 45m2 studio room instead. The manager asked me to do a check in 2 days prior to my arrival and I saw that the room said studio, when I enquired about this, I was reassured that it was the room that I had booked but unfortunately when I got there, it was not. This caused a lot of inconvenience and distress as I had to go back to reception, only to be told that the room I booked is unavailable with two reasons given. 1. That the room was still occupied and 2. That children had messed the furnishings. So their lie did not make sense, also considering they knew they would put me in the smaller room 2 days prior when they sent the check in link. Additionally, they did not offer an apology or a more suitable room. Their only solution was to leave and give me a refund. I was deeply disappointed that the manager had not communicated this to me 2 days prior

Owner was very rude and unpleasant.

Breakfast was delicious. More than adequate and reasonably priced. Loved the trees, birds, silence and proximity of the parking area.

Nothing could improve on the lovely stay we had. The roads in the area are being upgraded, however there were still some potholes in the area. But that has nothing to do with Fever Tree.

Room was lovely and big and clean and comfortable!
