Langebaan Beach Towers

The location is excellent. Bedroom, bathroom and linen very clean. Staff encountered were very friendly.

1. Tea at Breakfast should be served in a Tea pot. 2. A vanity light below the TV but above the mirror is necessary as the bedroom light is insuffizient, 3. The bathroom extractor fan must be oiled/cleaned as it makes more noise than they were designed for.

The view was great.

While the property does have a beautiful view, we felt that the overall hospitality did not quite match expectations. Unfortunately, we did not experience the warm and welcoming atmosphere that often makes a stay truly memorable. One small but noticeable detail was the music playing in the entrance, which repeats throughout the day and can become a bit tiring. It’s often the little touches that make a place feel special, and in this case, those seemed to be missing. The breakfast was fairly average, with limited options and no choice between brown or white bread. The rooms are also quite small and lack cupboard space, which may make longer stays uncomfortable. Overall, while the setting is appealing, we would likely not choose to stay here again and would not recommend it for more than a short overnight stop.

Great sea view. Excellent aircon,friendly host and staff.

Rooms need an upgrade and room a bit small, no lounge chairs. Our stay was relatively long , 12 days. This facility is more suited to short stays 2-3 days. Needs an elevator. Not so easy carrying luggage to upper floors. Parking a bit tight and not covered.

The view and location is amazing. With great value for money. Will definately stay there again. i really enjoyed the breakfast that was served.
