The location and the veiw from the dinning area was beautiful. The walkway from our back door that led to the sea was wonderful. The place was also clean.

The fridge made a loud noise. We had to unplug it to sleep. The toilet didn't flush properly. The hot water was not adequete. There was bad water damage and peeling paint on the wall. The shower door did not close properly.

The views were really pretty of the stay

I would appreciate a fan in the room if gets extremely hot the room is terribly tiny and stuffed .theres no amenities in the rooms atleast a microwave would be sufficient extremely small tv that’s placed high up.There’s no plugs by the bed which would be really nice

"Best sea views and clean"

The location is amazing! Right on the beach with breathtaking views. The breakfast is good value for the price, and it's so lovely to enjoy it with the sea views. There are three restaurants along the beachfront that you can walk to if you want more variety. Langebaan waterfront also has many restaurant options to choose from. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations for price and location.

There are no elevators at the guesthouse, so please be cautious not to pack too heavily. If you have mobility issues, it’s advisable to inform the guesthouse during your booking.
