Very calm and quiet place. Staff were courteous.

No power backup. No lifts, you have to lift your baggages. TV was not working.

There was an issue about pick up from airport to Hotel. The driver said it was complementary before boarding the Taxi. Later after two days, it was informed that the said taxi pick up wasn't for free and it's chargeable. It is with deep regret, mentioned that such unethical unprofessional taxi services shall not be entertained whatsoever, which otherwise would affect the ratings of Floreal house
