Kaste guesthouse Tzaneen

Bed was comfortable

My stay was booked at Kaste Guesthouse, but was moved to Thulli Teams Accommodation. No hot water in basin, couldn't shower due to doors that don't want to open or close, entry door that, when locked, very hard to open. Battle for 30min to enter facility, when left to visit family, phoned 3 times the number at the gate, without any success, found on web a cellphone number, but the woman was from Nelspruit had to assist by getting somebody to open gate. Would never recommend or stay there again

The shower did not have a full glass it was also linking

We booked this place ,they transferred us to another place.The place was dirty and smelly.

The location was good and the staff were friendly. The car parking was okay and safe as well. The room was farly clean and the water was hot for shower.

I was moved to another guesthouse to another location even though they indicated that the guesthouse was not full at the time of booking. When checking out, the staff were not friendly.
