They take time to open the gate when we arrive at the place, The room was not ready when we arrived at 10h 30 am on the 28th. Those are the 2 things who was not OK for us. Thank you

It's secured and cool

I booked online but they were not aware of my booking.they didn't welcome well like informing us about their times even if I saw them online I expected .I was given the room just I didn't like the way they operate.
