The location was good and the staff were friendly. The swimming pool and outside area were great to enjoy.

The room was very small and no ventilation unless the door is open. The door could not lock and no plugs at bedside tables.

The rooms are not soundproof very noisy neighbors. Floors were dusty. Bathroom and basin had some hair all over. Not suitable for elderly people. Poor ventilation very hot in room.

The beds were very comfortable, The facilities were very clean. It’s very family orientated and the kid’s enjoyed as there was a snooker table aswell as a swimming pool. It is also not very far from a shopping complex, making it convenient for us. So far, I was very happy with the service. 10/10 service.
