What an incredibile stay. Generous hosts and a BEAUTIFUL room with great air conditioning, facilities, and the bathroom. Everything was perfect.

We loved everything.

Everything!! The room is cozy, tidy , superclean, modern style, even better than the pictures! You can even cook if you want. On the ground floor there is a caffetteria, they serve just drinks, no food. You'll have self check in , the instructions are easy to understand This is the place I liked most in Vietnam!!!

Some mosquitos, but it's nobody's fault

There’s no daily house keeping which is fine if you are staying for a short time, bed was also quite hard

Good location and facilities with the apartment

The place was fantastic. Originally planned to stay in a hotel with swimming pool, but got attracted by the photos here. The stay was incredible, as the facilities and services exceeded the expectations. Our room which was on the 3rd floor did feel like a small apartment with a king-size bed, bathroom and a kitchen area. Mrs Hanh who helps manage the place was very helpful, she found us two rented motorbike with reasonable prices. The position was great as well, as it was only 2-3 kms from the centre of Hue (Truong Tien Bridge, Dong Ba Market...). A great experience all in all.

Really great room, with a table and chairs and a kitchenette, nice and spacious. Had good airconditioning, bathroom was clean with a great shower and shower gel was provided. The check in was very smooth with friendly staff there to assist us. There is a cafe downstairs that serves nice drinks but no food. Overall lovely stay, would recommend :)

The only drawback was that it was a bit of a walk into town/restaurants to eat at. It was about a 25 min walk which was do-able, just hard in the heat! However getting a taxi was super cheap (on Grab) so it wasn't a huge problem. We had a few issues with a few mosquitos getting into the room somehow and getting bitten at night, might be worth keeping the bathroom window closed as I think they could get in under the bathroom door. They did provide a mosquito net but ours was broken.
