Lovely comfortable room Easy check in

Could have been a little bit cleaner, sink was left with dishes in it and a dirty cloth left in bathroom

Very nice room - we had the attic room right at the top which was very spacious. The air conditioning worked well and we got to the property early so decided to have a drink in the cafe downstairs where the host found us and allowed us to check in early. It’s around a 15 minute walk to the centre and grab taxis are very cheap if you don’t want to walk

The room closely resembles the photos shown online and comes equipped with cooking tools, should you wish to prepare your own meals. While the location is acceptable, we rented a motorbike, so it wasn’t a major concern for us.

The room is indeed spacious, but regrettably, it seems somewhat neglected and worn. The bathroom door, in particular, cannot be locked and emits a loud noise when opened or closed. Be aware that weekends can get noisy due to karaoke guests on the ground floor playing loud music.

The facilities is not new as I expected

the staff was amazing, it was decently placed, and the rooms were nice with a lot of natural light!

Location was good, near to several local food stalls and walkable to night walking street. The property made some efforts with modern design and fittings however I found many issues with my stay, unfortunately.

The original room I booked was on the first floor, with living room sliding doors opening right to the side of main entrance, and for that reason I cannot open any doors or windows (so no fresh air, when the room smelled musty and humid). Then, I found out both bath towels had stains on them (I was told they were rust stains but I thought it was unacceptable). Wifi did not work in rooms. Some lights were not working (they have many lights on each switch but only 1 seems to be connected) The bathroom clogs/ floods! RUST STAINS on towels (all of them!) (Another thing I found strange was the front door and the first room on the ground floor shared the same key code.. you can’t lock the doors in another way from outside, which didn’t make me feel safe.)

Our room was a bit mossy, but I see that everywhere in Vietnam.
