Chez Yacob kasbah

I had a very nice stay here. The people who work here are very friendly, The restaurant is good, the rooms are spacious, clean and have a beautiful bathroom. I Had a very good stay here.

This place was amazing! The house is located literally in a very old Kasbah that's run by a family, so there is little to no tourists, meaning you'll enjoy the same architechture and culture as in the famous Ait Ben Haddou without all the noise and tourism that ruins it. It's the perfect place to relax, disconnect and enjoy the peace of the surroundings and it's magnificente people. The house is beautiful and the rooms spacious, but the best thing is the staff which is always so helpful and kind, they take it to the next level and are always at your service. They also have a restaurant there so you don't have to worry about it, and their breakfast is quite generous. Thank you so much for making my stay so much better!

I think it's probably because of the remote location, but water (for showers) is quite limited and it's not as comfortable as it would normally be, but I understand that it's probably because there is no proper water service in such a remote area.

Beautiful location, great atmosphere and welcoming hosts.

Firstly I want to emphasized that if you seek luxury and comfort living experience, never go to desert palm oasis villages, go to big ugly cities. countryside hotel can only provided basic service, it is sustainable but need our tolerance. Chez Yacob Tamnougalt is actually a rose-colored mudbrick fortification kasbah, this Ksar are formidable rising above palm oasis, towers made of meter-thick straw-reinforced mudbrick looks amazing, I am a Chinese explorer, when I hired bikes from Chez Yacob and rode to the remote villages, many local people said that in their whole life time they never see a Chinese cyclist, it made me very happy, so I contributed lots of efforts to raise local poor people's life by paying their food. the purpose of staying in Chez Yacob is convenient to explore the palm oasis and adored the beauty of the nature.

Everything, it was amazing. Beautiful place, beautiful room, beautiful view, everything was spacious and clean. The breakfast was really tasty, the staff friendly, easy and fast check-in. If I ever come back to Morocco, I would to go back to this place.

That we didn't have enough time to stay more than just one night

This is the top-most historical location I encountered during my round trip. The atmosphere of the old Kasbah gives a unique feeling and moves you back in history. The rooms are completely quiet and the terrace gives great views in the morning and at night. Your stay will also support preserving this historical place.

This location is actually a part of the centuries old Kasbah, and in the middle of the historic area. Very kind, helpful and friendly staff, and great view over the valley from the terrace.

this place feels really authentic. wonderful views, fully immersed in the palms surrounding the ancient ksar. the rooftop has great views on the mountains. the rooms are clean and comfortable.

food options are somewhat limited, but this is to be expected and is compensated by the amazing location and eating there allows to fully experience the place.
