Günstiger Preis,zentrale Lage, unkomplizierte Abwicklung, super Matratzen.

Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein. Z.B. noch ein Wasserkocher. Töpfe könnte man teilweise erneuern, da Beschichtung nicht mehr ganz so intakt war. Leider war es auch je nach Gästen mehr oder weniger sauber. Geschirr wird eben nicht von allen gleich ordentlich gespült und nicht jeder ist fähig ein sauberes Bad zu hinterlassen. Unbedingt müssten Geschirrhandtücher da sein. Zum Abtrocknen gibt es leider gar nichts und die Spüllappen wurden auch nicht ausgetauscht. Waren unappetitlich dreckig. Samstags Abends wars recht laut, da genau gegenüber eine Bar ist.
