I didn't do the breakfast, the location was good. we paid for the cheaper room with no view but we knew what we were getting into. the owner Sofi was very nice and accommodating.

"Perfect location with sunset views of the caldera from the terrace."

Breakfast wasn't included but you could order it in. We had a great view of the caldera from our room (No4). We spent a lot of time on the terrace. This is a perfect spot to have breakfast, sunbathe and watch the sun go down. This really was one of the best locations. The room was wonderful - comfortable bed, good shower. Very clean. The rooms are less than 10mins from the main bus station and a square where there are good choices of places to eat. As a bonus the donkeys passed underneath our window every morning and evening on their way to and from the steps to the port (to transport cruise passengers from the port to town). Really, this was an amazing place and highly recommended.

No complaints.

Amazing location close to central part of Fira, the views and roof terrace are just to die for! Very helpful and nice property manager Elisabeth, who also helped us to arrange transport from the port to location. Our room was beautiful Santorini-style cave, very clean, nice interior, with great bathroom and a wonderful big window overlooking caldera and the church. Magical! 🤩 Wonderful 2 nights in a fairytale-like setting! Thank you so much and I would definitely stay here again.

What an exceptional property. I came for my birthday and felt right at home. Wonderful location with the best view and amazing staff that made my stay there so memorable. Will definitely be back!

"Impressive view from the terrace"

The view from the terrace is incredible.

There are a lot of lights in the room that you aren't able to shout down. Sleeping was a little complicated
