Breakfast and location are very nice, no complaints there. Place looked pretty clean overall.

Staff look overworked. Takes a very long time to acknowledge guests. When we arrived with our bags , several staff numbers passed us even tho we looked lost since there’s no obvious sign of where the reception is. Eventually one told us “It’s back that way” . Also we asked several other staff members about the sauna if it’s working and if we can use it and we got one saying “I don’t know “ with a shrug and just left and another one saying “No idea” and left straight away as well. There were several different ways to handle this, however most of them looked exhausted, hence I didn’t make a big deal out of it.
