Warm welcome, comfortable bed, great view, excellent location.

Shower was hot but not very powerful! Perhaps I am too spoiled at home with a power shower!

"Glenburnie House is my dream place to stay on vacation!!"

Two couples of us were traveling Scotland by rental car for vacation. Oban was near the end of our trip. Although we had booked the place for two nights, we certainly wished we could stay longer. Everything about Oban, Glenburnie House and our Hosts was soooo enjoyable! To our Hosts: Great job on running a guest house! Everything (facilities, hospitality, room decor, emenities and location are Top Notch!!

"Great place to stay in Oban."

Our room was very large and tastefully decorated with a sofa and chair. There is was no breakfast available; however, there was a small fridge in the room, a microwave and plenty of utensils. We were able to cook scrambled eggs and baked beans with a buttered roll. There was also an abundance of fresh fruit available for free in the reception.

There was no lift to the upper floors; however, Graeme was more than happy to carry our biggest heavy suitcase up to our beautiful room for us.

Host was very nice. The room was exceptional. Great view!! The fridge and microwave and cutlery was a nice touch as was the treat with the coffee/tea. Nice location. We enjoyed our stay here.
