very quite and clean, within a small, lovely balinese complex. Penestanan is a great area to stay if you want to get away from noise and traffic of Ubud.

The staff can’t to enough for you always happy to help you with anything you need. The rooms are really nice and comfortable and there’s chairs and a table on the balcony so it’s a nice place to sit. There’s a really nice local cafe opposite and a small food shop right next door which is really helpful. Easy place for grabs to collect you.

Quite a few ants on the balcony which is expected. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in but they were very quick and apologetic.

The staff are very friendly. The owner tried hard to solve my problem.

The neighbor uses coal to cook and the property had a lot of smoke from the burning coal. I stayed upstairs first week and I was waken by the smoke every morning. I moved to downstairs the second week. It was better, but I still had issues with the burning coal pollution. Also, the bed & breakfast is misleading, there is no breakfast there.

Great value for your money! This place is clean and cozy. You’re not in the center of Ubud so it’s much quieter here and at the same time it’s only a 10-20 minute ride to pretty much everywhere. Couple of good walkable restaurants and again all the great restaurants we went took us 5-15min driving our scooter which we rented through the property. Great ambiance from the moment you walk in. Beautiful temple in the front and in the back is where the rooms (6 total) and pool are. Beautiful and super tropical with the plants and the way they set everything up. My husband and I spent a couple of hours at the pool everyday by ourselves! The team is super helpful and they can arrange tours or transfers if needed. Plus they have a cute dog :)

We loved staying at Cahayatika. We couldn’t have been looked after better. The room is huge with an equally large bathroom and patio. The aesthetic beauty of this family home is stunning. Just love the combination of plants, intricate stonework and blue water. I loved my morning workouts and swim. When I left my important bag at cafe next door Made picked it up on my behalf and kept it secured for several days. This place felt like home away from home. Future travelers will be lucky to stay here. Location is perfect as it is in a quiet neighborhood away from busy Ubud streets. Cafe Vespa next door does the yummiest food.

Lovely suite with big indoor/outdoor bathroom, veranda and kitchen, all exceedingly clean. Stunning garden and pool area, comfortable bed and pillows. Charming owners and staff and what could arguably be one of the best restaurants in UBUD just around the corner. Thoroughly recommend.

The place was amazing and the staff was lovely! Specially Putu that helped us with a few issues that we had in Bali. The place was really clean, the pool great and the bed incredibly comfy. I would love to come back!

The place is amazing! Really beautiful, with an incredible pool and all perfectly clean! But the most amazing is the staff, they are really helpful. Putu helps us a lot, we rent a bike through the hotel and we scratch it a little bit, they help us and charge us a really fair amount and they show us the receipt of the repair. We recommend %100 this place!!
