As a solo traveler, I felt incredibly safe and welcomed here. The owner, son, and staff are exceptionally kind, offering amazing hospitality. The room was very clean, modern, no mold, spotless, smelled great, and had a hotel-quality bed with perfectly working air conditioning. The peaceful location—free from cafe, honking, or construction noise—made it a perfect retreat. Plus, it’s conveniently close to Pasar Seni Ubud. Highly recommend! The owner even lending me a kebaya so I could attend a temple ceremony—a truly thoughtful gesture, I would like to thank you again for that : ) I will return here someday, very recommended.

1. Swimming pool is quite small and seating by the pool might disturb nearby guests, but it wasn’t an issue for me. 2. The fridge is shared and located on the ground floor, not in individual rooms, which a bit inconvenient. But again, it wasn't a big issue after all.

The staff was very sweet, welcoming and helpful. And the garden was very beautiful! Our room was absolutely fine - it had everything one needs.

The only downside was that the ceiling lights didn't work, so it was kind of dark in the afternoon and evening. But it was actually fixed on our last day staying there.

Nothing I was there for only few hours

When I arrived, my room wasn't ready, and It was more than 4 pm. They ran quickly to clean the room even though it was very dirty, from the linen to the toilet and the cockroaches inside the room alive. It was a very disgusting experience. PAID IN ADVANCE and lost my money. Ask for a refund never heard from booking.com or the accommodation. Do not recommend this place. Very disappointed.

Good location, great host & staff, very good value for money. Clean and comfortable room.

Very private, in a gorgeous lush setting.

The mattress could be a little softer, but that’s just personal preference.

Kadek and the rest of the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation is in a good location down a quiet street but still within walking distance of everything. Can rent scooters and arrange transfers through them at a very good price

Good location, available to rent a scooter at the property.

It is all cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. Bed sheets were dirty when we came, asked to change them - they never did it (even showed stan pictures to the cleaning boy). Doors has a big gap, so at night we had many visitors. Towels had many stans too.

Cold pool, gekkos in the room, same breakfast every day which takes long to get.
