Very far away from the center (around 30min by bike) Generally the property was a little dingy - a lot of moss, sick-looking cats Roosters and disco music (at 6am) next door Breakfast very simple

The owner and the place were SPECTACULAR. It was spotless, not only the room, but the entire place. The breakfast was very good, you can also rent a bike there (very good price) and it’s close to many places to visit, eat and shop. To sum up, we highly recommend this place to every single person traveling to Ubud since it has absolutely everything.

The best place we’ve stayed in Bali, one of the best places I’ve EVER stayed. The family who run this place are lovely and will go out of their way to help you out. The free breakfast is great, the rooms are comfortable and clean (with AC), the pool is glorious. It is SO nice to be out of the craziness of Ubud, but there is still lots to do within walking distance (nice restaurants and waterfalls too)! Do yourself a favour and stay here! We extended and wish we could have extended more…

The walls are a little bit thin so if people are loud outside you can hear it, but otherwise it is super quiet and we LOVED staying here.
