Dewa Bungalows

Great location, many restaurants near by, I felt very safe walking around - also at night - as a solo female traveler. I had a room on the upper floor, very spacious, nice balcony. No locker but you can lock the wardrobe. The hotel is located in a traditional style Balinese house, quite cute. Breakfast was yummy (eggs or pancakes and fresh fruits), make sure you order the day before for a specific time and be chill about punctuality :) Staff was very lovely, very helpful and even kept my big backpack for one week while I was in Lombok and Flores. I would go back. Thank you very much :)

Bathrooms need a bit of a renovation. And the upper rooms are only accessible through one or two flight of stairs. It is no big deal, just warning in case you are an elderly or physically impaired traveler

The position is perfect to visit ubud. The garden is absolutely wonderful, the room is big and clean, the staff is welcoming and kind. Highly recommended!

Nothing, everything was perfect

Location is great

My room was dark and at the very back of the property.

The location is central to everything! For example, the monkey forest is only a short walk, as is Ubud Palace. There's amazing warungs nearby and a general store at the front. The vibe is wonderful and the rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. But the BEST thing about Dewa Bungalows is the people! The local family who own it and their staff are so kind and personable. They are truly special people. It was so delightful to talk with them and stay in their place. I highly recommend Dewa Bungalows for a stay in Ubud! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Proximity to everything, yet quiet. Clean and lovely pool. Beautiful, kind family that run it and delicious breakfast. Grab motorcycle about $1 to get anywhere

Not enough time

The location was very convenient. They had a nice pool and sunlonguers that came with fresh towels every morning. Rooms were cleaned daily. Dewa was nice and always there to greet you as you left and entered the property!

I did not like the fact that there was nothing separating the shower and toilet, meaning if you showered the whole bathroom would get wet. One of the windows also did not close so you ran the risk of having flies coming into your room.

Beautiful pool and helpful family. Always someone around for questions
