THIS REVIEW IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE STAFF and how they joke on our faces. Nothing to say about the property. Me and my partner are travelling southeast asia in general for 7 months, every week we put out clothes in laundry and we have in medium between 1.5/2 kg. This place charges us 100.000 Rp saying that we had it 5Kg of height in clothes. So next day we went to a different laundry just to weight the clothes and we got 1.6kg (I posted on google maps a video). Then we confront them about the situation and show them the video, and they had the audacity to say that they height the clothes when they are wet and of course that dry is 1.6 and not 5. I would like to say that they even finished with "next time do it yourself because this is the normal way here" like 🤡🤡🤡 Who is going to tell them? You want to charge us 2/3 kg ok, that's fine, but 5?? We are not stupid. So here you have a wonderful review that I also will going to left on booking about how polite and wonderful the staff is with their costumers 😁

Room was nice with decor, decently comfortable bed, hot shower and the pool and restaurant area were clean. Had an AC, although most of the cool air left the room because of the open design of some of the walls with cut out designs (pretty and traditional style but not conducive to keeping the room cool).

Wifi didn't work in my room at all. The owner wasn't very friendly in communication and referred me to staff, who came down and said it worked fine in his room and that if I wanted to use the wifi, I could just sit outside where the signal was stronger... and then said, so.. is that ok with you because I want to go get dinner... and left. Sitting outside at 10pm with mosquitoes wasn't ideal and needing to be on personal calls early wasn't ideal either. Staff was talking loudly early in the morning and I'm not sure if it was the neighbor or restaurant but at night and early morning they were banging on a pot for what seemed like forever. Loud dogs and roosters. Then upon checkout, which was at noon.. I checked out at around 11:45.. the same staff member made me feel guilty because apparently the next guest was waiting in the restaurant? I wasn't past my checkout time and I didn't appreciate being guilted for simply taking my time to check out before the time designated for check out. It was pouring rain and I said I needed to get a car still because not many wanted to accept the ride in the weather and he asked if he could put my bags outside the front door (which is exposed to the rain) of the complex, to which I said, no, please I don't want my stuff to get soaking wet. He then said, so where do I put it and I asked if he could kindly set it under the restaurant cover and I'd bring the rest of my things myself. He then made a face and said... oh, okay... in the restaurant.. really? I said, yes, please, I need to get a car still and it's raining. He then silent treated me and took my stuff to the restaurant and then yelled at the next guest that he would hurry and clean the room. Check-in time was 2pm.. so I'm entirely unsure why at 11:45am he was making me feel bad about check out time.. about wanting my things not to get wet and then rushing to clean a room over two hours before the next guest is supposed to check in.

The room and pool are gorgeous; many Buddhas and fish and nice vibes there. There is a nice man who works there...

So sad that they don't clean the kitchen regularly....

It was ok as for the price. The room was nice and clean. The employee was very kind and helpful.

There is many holes in the wall, so I could be bitten by mosquitoes a lot or that more probably even were bedbugs (as I didnt see any mosquitos there and they gave me even alectric smell for them), so most probably that were bedbugs (I was bittwn a lot on my butt and legs). No mosquito net. I had lizards in my room and bathrom, but it is neough to thrighten them and tbey go out by the holes in the walls. The kitchen is completely dirty and not pleasant. Rubbish everywhere. so if you need kitchen it is not for you. I asked an employee to clean it but he didnt.

The place was hard to find I the phone on booking and google was wrong. The room was dark and the pillow smell like humidity.
