"Personnel bienveillant mais photos non contractuelles"

Hôtel très bien placé dans Ubud, le bienveillance du personnel, petit déjeuner bon mais peu copieux pour certains peut être, la terrasse privative et la grandeur de la chambre

Les photos de l'hôtel ne sont pas représentatives du lieu actuellement. L'hôtel manque d'entretien général, murs autour de la piscine verdâtre, salle de bain vétuste et peu entretenue, les équipements énoncés dans le descriptif (bouilloire, plateau...) inexistants, murs dans notre chambre délabrés, et pas de draps (uniquement un plaid en guise de couverture). Néanmoins le personnel est super gentil et bienveillant !

Property need maintenance. Toilet was leaking and it was hell living in that room.

Very good location in the centre of Ubud (if that's where you want to be - it's quite a busy place). Some lovely restaurants a stones throw from the doorstep. Good size room with a comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stronger locks would make me feel more secure. However, staff were on hand for the day and into the evening
