Elgin Vintners Country House

Elgin Vintners Country House is magnificent. Beautiful location, large comfortable bedroom and picturesque English country garden. The staff are very welcoming and friendly possibly because they are so happy and the establishment oozes positive energy.

I would suggest a flood light in the parking area outside reception. Very easy for someone to trip over tree roots in the dark.

The garden was amazing and the bedroom and linen fantastic.

I would have liked to have a continental breakfast option.

Lovely old Apple Baron house with huge rooms set in a lovely garden. The folks taking care of me were so kind and friendly.

Very friendly staff, clean and neat. The room was very spacious and the bed super comfortable. The breakfast was excellent

It was a lovely old building and the grounds was really exquisite. The breakfast was really good.

We got lost on our way to the property as the map facility took us into farm lands. The floor in front of our room was extremely slippery and I had a tumble the night we arrived. the heater in the room was broken and the towels needs some upgrading as it is extremely worn. We heard during breakfast the next morning that all the other rooms have towel heaters and they seem to be very new and upgraded.

The scenery, gardens and the staff were wonderful.

The plug in the bedroom was not connecting properly and the staff were aware of it. Would be good if it was fixed.
