The place is very cute and very clean. Laura is a wonderfully kind host. The bicycles were great to ride around town.

Very clean room and bathroom. They were cleaned every day. Great location, and I enjoyed very much that a bike was included so I could explore Grado and surroundings. Moreover Laura is lovely: very friendly and welcoming, and attention to the client.

It was italian breakfast (coffee/tea and 1 brioche). It was great for me, but for others it could not be enough.

The atmosphere in the apartment was absolutely delightful. The rooms are elegantly furnished, creating a cozy and inviting space that offers all the amenities one could possibly need. The hostess exudes warmth and hospitality, making you feel instantly welcome and at home. Additionally, the location of the accommodation is superb as it is situated away from the tourist districts, nestled in an authentic part of the city where locals still live.

Very clean and cosy room. We had everything we needed. The location is superb , a very short walk from the historical town centre. Easy check-in , good communication from the host. Parking garage is about three minutes walk from the apartment.
