Не первый раз в этом отеле и не разочарована, а наоборот хочется опять вернуться. Комнаты великолепные: чисто, кровати удобные, постельное и полотенца белоснежные, есть отопление, кондиционер, фен, сушильная доска, холодильник, чайник. Все, что заявлено на сайте отеля есть и оно в хорошем состоянии. Можно заказать завтраки даже в момент заселения. Вид из окна на горы. Расположение отличное: за воротами остановка автобуса в сторону Комо и в сторону Менаджио, большой супермаркет в двух минутах ходьбы, вилла Бальбьянелла в 5 минутах ходьбы, набережная и паромная станция в 10 мин. ходьбы. Отдельное спасибо Даниэле за постоянную доступность и коммуникацию, профессионализм, вежливость и просто приятное общение.

"Great first stay in Lake Como!"

It was well located to explore the area, bus stop just outside which covers a direct route between Como and Menaggio. Supermarket and cafes (where you can purchase bus tickets etc) just a small walk away. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Room was exactly as described, basic, had everything needed, perfect base.

Danielle was erg vriendelijk mevrouw, ze gaf ons goede instructies hoe we zelf konden inchecken, schoon en nette kamers, ontbijt was erg goed, keuze uit verschillende warme broodjes en ook warme gerechten. parkeergelegenheid was best nuttig en de prijs was prima.

Endroit très propre ! Très bien situé, tout est faisable à pieds. Daniella est très professionnel, gentille, accueillante, serviable et toujours avec le sourire ! Ça fais très plaisir. Grande surprise pour le petit déjeuner qui est à volonté ! Également très divers et très bon !

On peux entendre le trafic dehors mais nous avons des bouchons d’oreilles à disposition.

They are soy kind and welcoming. Our Room had a good view even though it was winter, the breakfast was delicious! They gave us so many options to choose. We decided to stay here because it is really near to villa balbianello :) If I ever comeback to lago di como I would love to stay here again
