Stavre is a genuinely great person. I instantly felt comfortable and relaxed at this property. The rooms are spacious and airy, which kept them nice and cool in the summer months. The bathrooms are well designed and ergonomic. Whilst it is a bit further out of town, the centre is a short 20 minute walk or so. I liked staying here because it was less crowded and noisy than the main promenade. There were also a good selection of burek shops and cafes nearby, but without the price tag of the centre. I visited Macedonia for a marathon swim and Stavre was kind enough to let me leave some things at the villa for a very reasonable price. If/when I come back to Ohrid, this is where I will stay.

The hosts were very nice and hospitable. They have a private parking in front of the house which is important because a car is a must in Ohrid, all the best beaches are outside the city
