"It worked very well for us as we were elsewhere for most of our stay and left very early."

The warm welcome from Brian was very much appreciated. He also got up at 5am with a packed breakfast for us all. The hotel was ideally positioned for attending the cricket at Boland Park.

The air conditioning in my room was not working but my three other colleagues had no issue. However opening the bathroom window meant I had to deal with several mosquitos throughout the the night.

"Only stayed for 1 Night but don't think i will stay there again"

The breakfast was fairly good.

If i have arrived 5 minutes later at the venue then i would have arrived at a closed place. The owner did not have my telephone number to contact me to check what my delay was as i have arrived 30 minutes later than expected. No parking on premises (street parking) . Bad WiFi
