"What a let down and total disappointment"

Cannot say as we were turned away on arrival!!

We booked and received confirmation 2 weeks prior. On arrival told that there was no place for us to stay and that they were fully booked. Also that we had cancelled our booking?! Interschool weekend and all other places were fully booked. Really struggled to find alternative accommodation. Host blamed Booking.com for this. Unacceptable.
