warm welcome close metro station access to kitchen

not easy to climb to the top floor, no lift boiling hot shower :), could not mix with cold water noisy neighbours in the next building

The receptionist was very polite and helpful, and the location is very close to the subway station.

Everything was fine, except last night around 12:30 AM, when someone was arguing at the door, and then there was noise going up and down the stairs.

Apesar de na descrição do quarto constar a existência de AC, este não se verifica. Além disso, o quarto apresentava uma fraca insonorização, entre as 23h30 e as 3h00 da manhã, houve um ruído constante e muito intenso, o que tornou impossível dormir.
